Issue/Introduction

Need to investigate an on going issue with the inventory that is managed in the OI database. The service definitions are disappearing which could be mainly caused by the "TIME TO LIVE" being available for two weeks. 

Resolution

After making the below change the customer is not seeing the issue anymore.

For Full sync - then it would be in this line ...."<FullSyncInterval>168</FullSyncInterval>"
