Issue/Introduction

For users with inactive/expired licenses/contracts, this article outlines the process of finding the information within the My entitlements page of the Broadcom support portal.

Note: User should have the appropriate Site ID access.

Resolution

The following steps will guide you through the process of finding expired products .

  1. Login to the Broadcom Support - My Dashboard
  2. Select My entitlements
  3. Remove the checkmark from the "Active" box.



  4. Select the relevant Site Name or Number. Then, navigate to the Entitlement Details tab and click the Contract Details icon.
