Issue/Introduction

For users with inactive/expired licenses/contracts, this article outlines the process of locating the contract information within the My Entitlements page of the Broadcom support portal.

Note: User should have the appropriate Site ID access.

Resolution

The following steps will guide you through the process of locating inactive/expired licenses/contracts.

  1. Login to the Broadcom Support Portal - My Dashboard
  2. Select My Entitlements in the left-hand side menu
  3. Remove the checkmark from the "Active" box

  4. Select the relevant Site Name or Site ID. Then, navigate to the Entitlement Details tab and click the Contract Details icon.
