Error During VNF Redeployment: Missing Network Mapping in vApp Template

Issue/Introduction

During a VNF re-deployment attempt, the following error was encountered: "No network mapping found for network being present in vApp template with name vAppNet-XXXXXX"

Cause

This error occurs because the network name in the vApp template doesn't match the provided network mappings during deployment. This particular VNF seems to be instantiated from third party orchestrator. Previously, this was working correctly. The network mappings in their deployment descriptor or onboarding files align correctly.

Resolution

Re-importing the vApp template resolved the issue. The instantiation is now proceeding from the orchestrator without requiring changes to the deployment descriptor or onboarding files.
