You’re receiving this notification because your email address is associated with BroadCom_Enterprise_SSO.
The certificate used for single sign-on to BroadCom_Enterprise_SSO is going to expire in 7 days on April 9, 2025, at 04:00 UTC

This notification is sent to customers whose SAML certificate used for single sign-on is about to expire. It is a call to action to renew the certificate to avoid service disruption.

Resolution

To update the expiring SAML certificate, follow these steps:

  1. Create a new SAML certificate in your identity provider (IdP).

  2. Activate the new certificate.

  3. Download the updated metadata XML file.

  4. Log a case with Broadcom Support and attach the XML file.

  5. Broadcom Support will upload the new metadata to the system and notify you once the update is complete.

Additional Information

  • This change may require downtime, as activating the new certificate will deactivate the old one.
  • We recommend carefully planning this activity to minimize any potential disruption to user access.
  • If you need assistance or have any questions, please reach out to Broadcom Support.
