This notification is sent to customers whose SAML certificate used for single sign-on is about to expire. It is a call to action to renew the certificate to avoid service disruption.
To update the expiring SAML certificate, follow these steps:
Create a new SAML certificate in your identity provider (IdP).
Activate the new certificate.
Download the updated metadata XML file.
Log a case with Broadcom Support and attach the XML file.
Broadcom Support will upload the new metadata to the system and the case will be updated with the confirmed committed action.
