Problem:
Word wrap in Scratchpad does not work Within profile browser window.. Other text fields (e.g., Activity descriptions, Incident description, etc.) are still working on other pages.
Reproduce Steps:
1)Logon as Administrator or Analyst in Service Desk.
2)In Service Desk tab menu View >Quick Profile.
3)Type in Scratchpad text box will continue in one line beyond the visible area.
Result: The text content will continue to keep in a single line like below. It should go to 2nd line or 3rd line when word wrap function properly.

The correction to this problem should be available via a test fix patch for problem # 3489 - WIN-SCRATCHPAD MAY NOT WRAP THE TEXT FOR ANALYST.
