Unable to Schedule Report in CABI Post Upgrade 23.4.2

Issue/Introduction

Existing cabi scheduled reports are not working after upgrade 

Environment

UIM upgrade from 20.4 CU7 to 23.4 and 23.4.2

Cabi from 8.0 to 23.4.2 

Resolution

Observed the smtp settings for CABI scheduled reports had reverted to default in js.quartz.properties file on cabi server 

Reverted the correct smtp settings from backup to fix the issue
