Cannot access IDM user console

Issue/Introduction

Seeing the following error in the log while trying to access the user console

Page cannot be found. Please check the URL. (/iam/im/environmentname/ui7/index.jsp)

(CERTIFICATE_UNKNOWN): com.ibm.jsse2.util.j: PKIX path building failed: com.ibm.security.cert.IBMCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

 

 

 

Environment

Identity Manager 14.4/14.5

Cause

New certificates are issued on Active Directory, which result IDM not being able to connect AD user store through SSL

Resolution

Update new AD certificates along with root certs on IDM JVM Keystore
