baseline_engine log - 'Got Nimexception from spooler - trying to reconnect Error'

Issue/Introduction

The baseline_engine log captures the following error at the top of every hour when Compute Baseline option is enabled for a given probe via Admin Console

Example cdm

ERROR impl.NimsoftApiImpl - sendRcv: Got Nimexception from spooler - trying to reconnect Error when trying to send on session (C) com.nimsoft.nimbus.NimNamedClientSession(Socket[addr=/....,port=48001,localport=#####])
ERROR impl.NimsoftApiImpl - PDS bulk message not null 
Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: socket write error

 

Environment

baseline_engine 23.4.X

Resolution

Compute Baseline data is properly stored in the UIM database and error message can be ignored.
