Aria Automation not able to deploy minion from blueprint to new salt-master with Error: "Task deploy_minion_actions failed. Current deployment status - failed. Error"

Issue/Introduction

An Aria Automation Config blueprint contains a cloud.saltstack section which is designed to deploy a salt-minion when a vm is deployed. Aria Automation Config has been deployed and configured to talk to Aria Automation. A new salt-master is then deployed and configured to talk to Aria Automation Config. When the blueprint is deployed, the user gets an error message in the /var/log/raas/raas log and an exception appears within the UI: 

Task deploy_minion_actions failed. Current deployment status - failed. Error

Resolution

1. Determine if there are any or no minions pointing to the master.
   • If no minions are pointing to the master, start and configure a new minion to talk to the new salt-master.
2. Deploy the blueprint from Aria Automation
3. Deploy the salt-minion
