getListValues method returning more than 250 rows

Issue/Introduction

The Service Desk Manager Web Service method getListValues is returning more rows than stated.

Per the documentation, it should list up to 250 rows per call, but it is listing more than that.

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.4 GA through 17.4 RU4

Cause

Defect with SDM 17.4

Resolution

This defect will be resolved in 17.4 RU5 for CXF only since AXIS will be deprecated. The ETA for 17.4 RU5 is at the end of October 2025/early November 2025 (subject to change).

Workaround: Set the EndIndex Parameter of the getListValues method to 250.
