Changing CUR report versioning from "Overwrite" to "Create New"

Issue/Introduction

AWS will not allow CUR report versioning to be changed from "Overwrite" to "Create New". 

Resolution

Setting CUR report versioning to "Create New" is required. If the CUR report versioning is currently set to "Overwrite", then you'll need to create a new CUR report and set it to "Create New". Once that is done, the account CUR report name path must be updated. After 24 hours, costs will begin to backfill.
