Workload cluster stops deploying with Error "Machine has unhealthy node and does not deploy additional nodes."

Issue/Introduction

When deploying workload cluster getting error in the vCenter :

Machine has unhealthy node and does not deploy additional nodes.

In addition when making connection from workload to supervisor node getting connection reset by peer. Connection from supervisor node to workload is successful:

*   Trying xx.xxx.xx.xxx:6443...
* Connected to xx.xxx.xx.xxx (xx.xxx.xx.xxx) port 6443
* ALPN: curl offers http/1.1
* TLSv1.3 (OUT), TLS handshake, Client hello (1):
* Recv failure: Connection reset by peer
* OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection reset by peer in connection to xx.xxx.xx.xxx:6443 
* Closing connection

Environment

vCenter: VCSA 8.0 U3d
NSX: v4.2.1.3

Resolution

Verify MTU is working properly if using jumbo frames between subnets.
