Issue/Introduction

The customer attempted to add an existing AWS linked account to a new custom line item rule but was unable to find it listed under 'Select Accounts' when searching by account name.



Resolution

To list a linked account, first select the 'Consolidated' account using the 'Amazon Name', then proceed to select the linked account by its 'Amazon Name'.
