Issue/Introduction

Our resource calendar shifts do not have full hours and therefore the calculated availability is not a full value either.

The resource availability is 6.67 and the weekly working hours are 33.17 hours.

The Modern UX timesheets display the Effort Gauge and it displays the time submitted by resources against the total of 33.17 hours.

The progress bar should display on a Green color up to 33.17 hours entered and Red if more than 33.17 hours have been submitted. However, when the total hours submitted match the total availability, the progress bar displays red.

This has been noticed when we applied Clarity 16.2.3 Patch 3
