Issue/Introduction

The vRO adapter instance is showing 403 forbidden warning message in Aria Operations.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

vRO authentication is not configured.

Resolution

Check if the vRO authentication is set correctly by logging into vRA as root and running the command below:

vracli vro authentication

If returns "no authentication configured", please follow the documentation steps on Configuring the Automation Orchestrator Appliance authentication provider with the command line interface.
