Dashboard freezing in OC after landing on specific dashboard

Issue/Introduction

I have several dashboards built with the Dashboard Designer in the Operator Console (OC) in DX UIM that are inter-connected to each other. 

When I enter the dashboards at first it seems ok, but when I start browsing from one dashboard to the other it is loading the design itself but no data QOS / alarms are loading.

It seems to be freezing / become stuck and affect other dashboards too.  

The issue occurs only when I go to a specific dashboard, after then all other dashboards are affected. (before navigating to the problematic dashboard everything works fine)

Environment

DX UIM 20.4.* / 23.4.* 

Cause

Possible corruption of a specific dashboard

Resolution

If the issue is only affecting one dashboard, and the issue occurs once landing on the problematic dashboard onwards, the quickest way to resolve this issue is to delete the dashboard and recreate it from scratch.

If the dashboard cannot be deleted as a workaround to resolve the issue, contact Broadcom Support
