- Message below displays during ESXi booting up:
"No persistent storage available for system logs and data. ESXi is operating with limited system storage space, logs and system data will be lost on reboot" - ESXi system can boot up properly regardless of the message.

Cause
The message will be print during ESXi booting up when no scratch partition is configured
