Windows Nolio Release Automation service is not present after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Windows Nolio Release Automation service not created after upgrade while all files are present on disk.

Environment

Nolio 6.8.*.

Cause

Unknown, while the problem is common and often due to some existing locks which upgrade process cannot overcome.

Resolution

To recreate the service for the Nolio server on 6.8.* the following command should be used: nolio_server_install_service.cmd .
