Issue/Introduction

Issue:

Job started before the VRM ASX resource attached to it was fully active.

Cause:

The ASX type of resource is checked to see if the address space is active, not that the task is completely initialized.

Resolution/Workaround:

Use a CRQ type of resource instead of ASX. The CRQ resource has to be activated and deactivated with the PRSQA and PRSQD commands. You can have automation key off the fully initialized process and send the PRSQA command to 7 (and the PRSQD when stopped).

Additional Information:

As always, please contact CA Technologies support for CA 7 if you have further questions.
