Why are some PRF/CICS Queries and Forms missing after upgrading from r15 to r18 for Report Facility

Issue/Introduction

After the successful completion of the PRFCNVRT post-install job upgrading PRF/CICS from r15 to r18 the PRF/CICS r18
version is missing some Forms and Queries.

Cause

The CICS environment was not refreshed to include the new r18 content (Forms, Queries, and the r18 PRF CICS plan name)

Resolution

Per the PRF Admin Guide under the chapter Operational Considerations, information concerning CICS states the following: 
1) Regenerate the CICS region with the product and library changes.

The PRF Admin Guide has the necessary information to insure a successful upgrade.
