Manipulating EDP discounts using a Custom Price Book

Issue/Introduction

Partners often want to manipulate EDP discounts at channel customer level using a Custom Price Book (CPB) to either zero out the discount at channel customer or pass a different rate. 

Resolution

Confirm that following lines are added to the CPB Billing Rule to target the EDP Discount LineItems:

LineItemDescription contains Enterprise Discount Program
LineItemDescription contains Enterprise Program Discount
