How to address the U0064 abend in CA 11 Workload Automation Restart Options for z/OS Schedulers?

Issue/Introduction

Batch job is failing due to U0064 abend.  U11-060 LOCATE UNSUCCESSFUL message also occurs for several GDG datasets.

U0064 is an indication that there is a GDG bias reference (+0) but there is no GDG dataset cataloged to the GDG base, or there is a GDG bias reference (+1) but there is no GDG base defined to the catalog.  At least one GDG dataset has to be catalog to for a GDG bias reference (+0).  A GDG base has to exist before a GDG bias reference (+1) dataset can be created.   After correcting the problem the job should be resubmitted for production.
