Service alarm not creating incidents.

Issue/Introduction

We have observed that the alarms are getting correlated to have a service alarm, however we do not see that the service alarm create incidents though the policy matches the criteria to create the incident. 

Resolution

The Affected Service filter has an extra space before the value. Remove the space.
