Unable to access Web Interface in Aria Operations for Logs

Issue/Introduction

• Unable to log in to Aria Operations for Logs.
• All nodes are inaccessible from the user interface.

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.x

Cause

• The Aria Operation for Log nodes, shows trust store is being corrupted

The  ui_runtime.log will show: java.security.KeyStoreException: problem accessing trust store

• The root partition is full or almost full on the Aria Operation for Log nodes. 

Accessing the node using root credentials,  run the following command: df -h, ii will show:

Resolution

1. Create snapshots without memory for all Aria Operations nodes for logs
2. SSH all the nodes using root credentials.

Aria Operation for Logs shows disconnected and has 100% utilization on root partition
