Remediation of root passwords for vRops from SDDC fails

Issue/Introduction

While remediating vRops root passwords from SDDC Manager, it fails with vROps node is not in an active state.

These passwords work as expected on the vRops nodes, however, remediation fails. 

Environment

VCF 4.x

Cause

vRops appears to be in an "ERROR" or "ACTIVATING" state on SDDC Manager.

Resolution

Please engage with Broadcom Support to provide assistance with updating the status.
