Delete Snapshot list showing non-existent snapshots in Aria Automation

Issue/Introduction
- Attempting to remove a Snapshot via the default Day2 action shows several other not existing Snapshots
- Existing Snapshots are shown several times
- New Snapshots do not appear, even it was taken from Aria Automation
Environment
Aria Automation 8.x
Cause
During resource enumeration, the existing snapshot query doesn't return correct result because the query is filtering by tenants.
Resolution
A resolution for the issue is included in Aria Automation 8.18.1 Patch 4.
