Not collecting DNS Response Time parameter

Issue/Introduction

Not able to collect a DNS Response Time parameter with Network Connectivity (Enhanced) MCS profile

Extract from log:

nc: sockConnect - connect to xx.xx.xx.xx 53 failed 10060
nc: connectToServiceSrv - xx.xx.xx.xx:53 [0ms], status=FAIL (value = 0)

Environment

UIM 23.4

net_connect 3.44

Resolution

DNS Port 53 is required for establishing calls to Discovery_agent as a client (to the services hosted on target machines).

Allow outbound connections for that port on the above protocol.
