How to collect support bundle for Autonomous Edge

Issue/Introduction

If you have any issues and need to contact Broadcom support, will you need the support bundle.

This article provides procedure to collect a support bundle from the Autonomous Edge GUI.

The support bundle collected can then be uploaded to Broadcom support.

Environment

NSX Autonomous Edge

Resolution

1. Log in Autonumous Edge's GUI as admin
2. Click "DOWNLOAD SUPPORT BUNDLE" in SUMMARY
   
   
   
3. Wait a few minutes for the support bundle to be download by browser
