Issue/Introduction

Enterprise Console has introduced rights in order to better manage the Enterprise Console and Broadcom Cloud Products.

 

Techdoc: Manage Administrators provides details regarding managing roles for both the Enterprise Console and Broadcom Cloud Products.

Resolution

Question: What should I do if I need rights?

Answer: Contact your Enterprise Console Account Settings Manager role for any changes.

 

Question: Can Broadcom support add/change roles in the event there is no one with these rights?

Answer: Broadcom support does not have the ability to validate the request.  If the organization does not have an Account Settings Manager  GCA (Global Customer Assistance) can assist.
