After installing patch, version still does not show correct patch version

Issue/Introduction

When installing patch on Aria Automation using LCM, patch is successfully installed however when going back to the CLI on VRA, the version is not reflecting the build. 

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x

Cause

Normally to check the version on Aria Automation, you would use the following command: 

vracli version

The output would give you something like this: 

Resolution

in order to see the patch version, please use the following command: 

vracli version patch
