DX O2 On Prem _ APMIA startup gets error

Issue/Introduction

When run the ' APMIACtrl start',   gets the following error popup:

Environment

APM 10.8 SP1

APM Infrastructure Agent v25.1.1.25

Cause

Sysedge is not starting up as it has dependencies on ms c++ redistribution.

Resolution

Engineering has provided an updated 'APMIACtrl.bat' file.
