Issue/Introduction

• Deploying VCF AVI Load Balancer outside a Management Workload Domain failed with: VIP creation failed "Advanced Load Balancer Controller is only allowed for VCF managed NSX"
• Adding NSX  Advanced Load Balancer Cluster in SDDC Manager fails with error :

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 5.x

Cause

The Controller VMs are not deployed in the management workload domain of VMware Cloud Foundation, which is a requirement as per the Planning and Preparation of Advanced Load Balancing for VMware Cloud Foundation guidelines.
