Carrier Management Cluster Deployment failed with error Provision bootstrap cluster

Issue/Introduction

As part of TCP 5.0 upgrade an intermediate management carrier cluster is required.Deployment of this carrier management cluster fails with error as below

Unable to create cluster <cluster name>. Reason: Provision bootstrap cluster: Retrieve extra config from guestinfo: not find extra config for guestinfo.result. Login to TCA-CP or Collect TechSupport Bundle of TCA-CP for the logs.

Cause

 DNS IP address not assigned

Resolution

Set the DNS IPs in NSX DHCP segment
