Post Pspack 5 Installation – Unable to "Get Latest Content" from Aria Automation for Cloud Template and Custom Forms

Issue/Introduction

After installing Pspack , unable to fetch the latest content from the Aria Automation for Cloud template and custom forms. This issue was not observed in previous Pspack versions.

Environment

Aria Lifecycle Manager 8.18 Pspack 5

Cause

• The blackstone-spring.log at /var/log/vrlcm indicates that endpoints fail to fetch data, throwing a "Failed to list the contents: 500" error
• The logs also show repeated failures to retrieve endpoint information, leading to content retrieval issues

Resolution

Before proceeding with any fixes, ensure a snapshot of the Aria Lifecycle VA is taken.

Option 1:

1. Edit and save the existing endpoints without making any changes.
2. Restart the blackstone-spring service:
   systemctl restart blackstone-spring

Option 2:

1. Recreate all the endpoints by manually copying the settings from the existing problematic ones.

This issue appears specific to Pspack 5 and does not occur with previous versions.
