Issue/Introduction

Getting error "Re-layout Failure" when objects are doing an on-disk format upgrade after upgrading vSAN

Cause

When there is not enough space on disks in the environment to recreate the storage object in the new format. 

Resolution

Options to resolve the issue:

• Add storage
• To allow the action to run, clean up the Storage capacity of old, unneeded files and/or VMs to bring it to 20% or above free space.
