Group of users who have assigned an Universe is unable to see the Universe

Issue/Introduction
Customer is using Azure and SAML. These users are included in more than one Azure group and more than one group is assigned permission.
Resolution
O2 only supports one role per user. Assigned all user access to another universe. Users are now seeing the universe and can select Alarm analytics.
