Listview display as gauge sees value: 0 as no data

Issue/Introduction

When adding a List View in Operator Consoles 'List Designer' Dashboards, some QOS metrics will have 'No Data' and a valid '0' for the metric.  Both of these are expected.

However, when a gauge bar is added. the valid '0' metric displays 'No Data'.  This is highlighted in yellow below.  There is data collected ('0'), so 'No Data' in the bar is incorrect.  An empty bar should be displayed.

• UIM 23.4 CU3
• OC 23.4 CU3

Resolution

This issue is resolved in UIM/OC 23.4 CU4 that is expected for release in April 2025.
