Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• An Alert on VCDR UI banner appears as below,
  
  
• All Components shows impacted as below,
  
  
  
  
• Below warnings appears for VMs in protection,
  
  

Environment

VMware Live Cyber Recovery 7.27.x

Cause

When a virtual machine subscription to cyber recovery expires, this alert is generated. The current virtual machines under protection eventually suffer if the subscription is not activated.

• The VCDR Subscription is active unlike VM subscription and below screenshot shows its usage and status,
  
   

Resolution

• VM subscription needs to be activated else the VM in protection get impacted.
