Symptoms:
"VR synchronization failed for VRM group 'Group_Name'. Synchronization monitoring has stopped. Please verify replication traffic connectivity between the source host and the target vSphere Replication Server. Synchronization monitoring will resume when connectivity issues are resolved" error.

The issue is caused by ports 443 and 80 being blocked between vCenter and the vSphere Replication appliance, preventing proper communication.
Verify if all the required ports for vsphere replication are open.
Steps to verify:
1) SSH into vcenter, vSphere Replication and ESXI
2) Use curl command for vCenter and vSphere Replication appliance : curl -v telnet://IP_Address:Port
3) Use nc for ESXI host: nc -z IP_Address Port
