Cannot add second iSCSI software adapter

Issue/Introduction

After adding and configuring the 1st iSCSI adapter the option to add another is greyed out. 

Environment

vSphere - vCenter and ESXi 

Cause

Only a single software iSCSI adapter is supported and able to be configured.

Resolution

If multiple paths and/or subnets are required while using a software iSCSI adapter, multiple vmkernel ports with access to the needed networks may be configured and attached to the iSCSI adapter.

Note that multiple hardware iSCSI adapters may be used.
