GT Datamaker fails to connect to the gtrep repository database - Datamaker is out of date

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to TDM Portal version 4.11.1001.0 and greater, GT Datamaker no longer is able to connect to the gtrep repository database. After launching the Datamaker UI, and attempting to connect to the gtrep database, this message pops up:

Environment

GT Datamaker 4.11.19.0 and older

Cause

There were gtrep schema changes made that GT Datamaker 4.11.19.0 and older releases see as a versioning problem. 

Resolution

Upgrading to GT Datamaker 4.11.20.0 is required to correct the differences in versioning. 

The GTDataMaker-4.11.20.0.zip file is available for download from the Test Data Manager (TDM) Support Patches page.

NOTE: GT Datamaker 4.11.20.0 ships with GT SubSet version 4.11.15.0. If GT SubSet has previously been upgraded to a newer release, the GT SubSet patch will need to be reapplied after upgrading GT Datamaker.
