Issue/Introduction
Deactivating the Supervisor in vSphere with Tanzu shows the task is stuck with the message "Waiting for workloads in the Supervisor to be deleted".
Environment
vCenter 8.0.3
vSphere with Tanzu
Cause
On the vCenter in /var/log/vmware/eam/eam.log you may see the following error:
Supervisor control plane failed: No connectivity to API Master: connectivity ok, config status REMOVING
Resolution
Reboot the vCenter
Additional Information
If rebooting the vCenter does not resolve the issue, check this KB: WCP Supervisor Cluster stuck in "Removing" showing EAM errors
