Add Staff Button gets disabled with Business Rules on sub-object

Issue/Introduction

On a project blueprint if rules are created to Disable Adding Child Objects, this rule works on the Child Object, however when the Staff module is loaded the Add Staff button gets disabled

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1 Create a project blueprint and add a child object of a project to the modules

2 Create a business rule with the following details:

Target Object: Project

Rule Type: View Page

Conditions >> Match Filters = All

Status = "Approved"

Actions: Disable Adding Child Objects and select the Object added on Step 1

3 Publish the Blueprint and associate it with a Project

4 Set the Status field of the project to "Approved"

5 Navigate to the Child object and then the Staff module

 

Expected Results :-

The Staff Module should be loaded as per expectation with the Add Staff button and quick create option

Actual Results :-

The Staff Module post loading the Add Staff button gets disabled. The rule works correctly on the child object
