VMware Infra Certificate Overview dashboard does not contain all certificates in Aria operations

Issue/Introduction

• The dashboard for "VMware Infra Certificate Overview" only displays data for some of the vSphere instances
• No ESXi certificates are present.

Cause

Aria Operations gathers certificate information from SDDC manager, using the VMware Infrastructure health (VIH) adapter.

When there is corruption of the SOS database on the SDDC manager, certificate information cannot be pulled.

Resolution

SDDC SoS database corruption needs to be resolved as per the KB below;

• SOS rest service on SDDC Manager reports error

Ensure all of the vCenter adapters are configured to collect on the same collector as the VCF adapter.
