Symptoms
Although the administrator has unregistered vSphere Replication on both sites, a warning continues to appear in the SRM console:
SRM Server cannot connect to VR Management Server at 'https://vRep_FQDN:8043'.
Unable to connect to 'vRep_FQDN:8043' due to a TCP 'connection refused' error.

To resolve this issue, reconfigure Site Recovery Manager from VAMI page and reconnect the sites using the steps below:
1) Take a snapshot of SRM appliances before making the below changes.
2) Log in to the Site Recovery Manager Appliance Management Interface as admin.
3) Click Summary, and click Reconfigure.
4) On the Platform Services Controller page, enter the information about the site where you deployed the Site Recovery Manager Appliance.
5) Complete the reconfiguration.

6) Reconnect SRM from site recovery page.
