Alert not triggered for CMOS Battery Failure

Issue/Introduction

Monitoring using the snmptd probe and profiles created correctly but no traps received which did not trigger alert on CMOS battery failure on the target device 

Environment

Any supported UIM environment 

probe: snmptd

PowerEdge R440

Resolution

The snmp trap configuration was missing on the device end which is required for the snmp traps to be send to the snmptd probe on battery failure events
