Investment object Subobject license type set incorrectly

Issue/Introduction

When an Investment object Subobject(s) is created, the license type allocated to them is 'Full' unlike Project object that gets a license type 'Restricted'.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into Clarity and navigate to Administration page on the classic side of Clarity
2. Create an Investment Subobject
3. Click to open 'License Information' - 'Rights by License Type' page

Expected: License Type should be set to 'Restricted'

Actual: License Type is set to 'Full'
