MUX - Cost Plan Totals show zeros when comparing Cost Plans

Issue/Introduction

The Cost Plan Totals are showing 0 when filtering for department in comparison mode.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to New UX
2. Navigate Projects
3. Pick a Project -> Navigate to Financials -> Cost Plans -> Cost Plan per period metric should be populated
4. Under Cost Plan Details, make sure that "Show Total Row" is checked
5. Create New Cost Plan with Department, Resource, Transaction Class and Role as Grouping attributes -> Open the newly created cost plan and Populate from Allocations.
6. Create a copy of that Cost Plan so you can perform the comparison.
7. Perform Cost Plan Compare and choose Department to perform a filter and notice Totals show zero (0).
