Unable to download Management pak from VMware Marketplace

Issue/Introduction

Unable to access the VMware Marketplace to download the Management Pak file.

Note:  VMware Marketplace has been renamed to VCF Solutions Catalog

Environment

Aria Operations 8.x
Aria Operation for logs 8.x
VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

• You are required correct permission to access the Marketplace/VCF Solutions Catalog.
  
  
• You will receive the error message stating, "Either your current organization or user does not have access to this service."

Resolution

Login to https://console.cloud.broadcom.com and click on the option to "Request Access" on the Marketplace tile.

You will be notified when access has been granted.

Please contact Broadcom Technical Support If you cannot see the Marketplace tile.

Please collect the Org ID and User email Address for which the access needs to be provided and then please contact Broadcom Technical Support.
