Issue/Introduction

An user has been granted the "Impersonate a user" global access rights, but she receives an error when trying to search for the user to impersonate.

The error on the toast message reads as follows: Error retrieving users for impersonation

Is there any additional set up required in order to enable the impersonation capability?

Clarity 16.3.1

Cause

User does not have required access rights

Resolution

The access rights required for impersonating other users are:

• Impersonate a user
• Administration - Users - Navigate (If this access right is missing, the user will get the Error retrieving users for impersonation error)
